The purpose of this website

Starbaby & Beautykids Europe presents the competition, its editions and galleries, and lets families submit applications. The operator is Sophie Urbain, whose contact details appear in the legal notice.

These terms cover use of the website. They do not replace the competition rules signed on paper.

Submitting an application

The form is intended for a parent or legal representative. Information must be accurate and the photos must be permitted to be shared with the organisation for reviewing the application.

Online submission allows the team to review the application and contact the family. An acknowledgement of receipt does not guarantee selection, a ranking or a prize.

The rules signed on paper

Parents physically sign the competition rules. The document includes a clause about publishing and using photos.

The website form is not an electronic signature of those rules. Contact the organisation for details of participation conditions or the scope of permissions. This page does not create new competition rules.

The voting shop

Vote purchases are currently closed and no payments are offered on this website.

Sales terms, payment methods and order rules will be provided before purchases open. These terms of use do not replace them.

Respecting people and content

Do not use the website to submit misleading information, impersonate someone, transmit unlawful content or infringe anyone’s rights, especially those of a child.

Access to photos is not general permission to reuse them. Uses must respect copyright, image rights and the relevant permissions.

Private access is reserved for authorised recipients and must not be shared publicly.

Availability and applicable rules

The website may be interrupted for maintenance or an incident. We address reported errors without guaranteeing continuous availability. This does not exclude liability or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

External links and videos lead to services with their own terms. These pages may change; the update date appears above. Changes do not retrospectively reduce acquired rights.

Belgian law applies subject to mandatory protections, including those available in your country of residence. No provision removes statutory remedies or access to the courts competent under the law.
